Catholic Worker Needs - October '24

For our friends on the street (new or freshly laundered used):

  • blankets
  • coats
  • hats
  • gloves
  • hot hand warmers
  • deodorant
  • hand sanatizer

For the CW house:

  • arm chairs
  • counter stools (2 ft. or higher seat)
  • wall clocks
  • picture frames
  • step stool

Smaller donations can be left on the front porch at 8617 Mora Ln. Please email if you plan to bring a larger amount or with any questions. Thanks for all your support!

Clarification of Thought: The Economy of Francis

  Join us Monday November 18 at 6 PM as we discuss The Economy of Francis document ( found here ). The authors hope to "propose a vision that we consider in tune with the radical nature of [Pope Francis'] teachings and the revolutionary nature of Christian faith. We also want to collaborate in creating and demonstrating alternative experiences of living and working that allow us to make use of the goods of nature in ways that respond, not to the logic of the god money, but to our people’s need to live well."
